To enrol your child/ren at our service, please follow this link and complete and enrolment form for each child. We recommend that you have attachments such as birth certificates, CRN numbers, health action plans (if applicable) and immunisation records ready to load as you complete the form. It is essential that the parent/carer you nominate as primary carer is the same carer that is linked to the child/ren for the purpose of claiming child care subsidy, so that this request is processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Please understand that by completing this form you will be automatically placed on a wait list, and once your enrolment form and requested bookings are reviewed by our staff, your place will be confirmed if your booking can be accommodated. You may be contacted by our staff or staff rom Catholic Education Office if we have any questions regarding your application so that we can ensure we will be able to provide a quality care environment for your child/ren.
